fantastic hotel in a prime spot
effective soundproofinghigh standardsmall breakfast area
i stayed in a superior double or twin room. the soundproofing in the room was effective, it blocked out most external noise (which is great). service de chambre maintained the room to a high standard. the room included slippers. i appreciated the solid air con. i could actually open the window.
the breakfast area felt small and crowded. moving around the central table was difficult. i disturbed other guests.

the location is super. gare du nord is within easy reach (about 10 minutes on foot). the hotel is near a metro station. many restaurants are in the surrounding area.

the lobby is large. it features comfortable armchairs. coffee and tea are available . the hotel provides a lift. (it felt a bit small).

The location was acceptable. It was close to the metro station.
I found the winter duvets unsuitable given the outside temperature of 20 degrees, yet no alternative bedding was provided. the wi-fi was non-functional throughout my stay. This significantly hampered my ability to work. also, the rooms seemed quite small, almost claustrophobic.

The location is good and there are restaurants near the place.
My room was right by the elevator and I could hear everything. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests coming and going and also cleaning personnel early in the morning.

i found the location convenient with easy access to public transportation. the staff provided really good service from check-in to departure. i received a complimentary room upgrade which added to my stay. the breakfast selection included various options each morning.
the room was a bit smaller than i had anticipated from the photos online. however, it was still manageable for a single traveller.

i appreciated the convenient location near the jacques bonsergent metro station. accessing public transport was easy. the ground floor common area was inviting and offered complimentary coffee (it was a nice touch). the hotel provided a lift and functional air conditioning, both useful amenities.
the room felt smaller than i expected and perhaps could use some updating. wifi connectivity was not reliable. i noticed we still had winter duvets despite warmer weather (it was a bit too warm).
